How We Respond to Harm Matters
If you’re here, something has already gone wrong, or you’re working hard to make sure it doesn’t. Either way, you’re in the right place.

The Creator of the Response to Harm Continuum™
For more than 20 years, Katie Leigh has worked across nonprofit, business, faith, and law-adjacent environments — using her professional skills over the last decade to navigate hostile environments for survivors of all ages, with trauma-informed and individualized approaches in stewarding disclosures of harm inflicted by individuals, institutions, and clergy. She is a Credentialed Advocate (CA) with a designation of Comprehensive Victim Intervention Specialist (CVIS) through NACP/NOVA, and a Child-Centered Forensic Interviewer (CCFI) through NACCFI.
The Response to Harm Continuum™
A Five-Stage Trauma-Informed Framework
is a five-stage framework — Prevention, Early Intervention, Crisis Response, Advocacy, and Trust Building — built to bring trauma-informed clarity and direction to the moments that matter most. It names where you are, what’s needed next, and how to respond with both clarity and care.
Navigating harm, whether personally or professionally, requires more than good intentions; it requires clarity.
