Digital Download Products
All digital products sold on this website, including but not limited to guides, toolkits, assessments, workbooks, templates, trainings, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final once the download or access link is delivered.
Exceptions to this Return Policy
A refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion only if:
- The file is materially defective or corrupted, and
- We are unable to provide a working replacement file after reasonable troubleshooting.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to read the product description prior to purchase
- Lack of anticipated results or outcomes
- Incompatibility with the purchaser’s software, device, or technical environment
- Misunderstanding of licensing terms or permitted use
Licensing Acknowledgment
Many digital products are sold with specific license limitations (e.g., household, educational, professional, or program use). Refunds will not be issued for purchases made under an incorrect license tier. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to select the appropriate license prior to checkout.
Consulting & Advisory Services
Fees paid for consulting, advisory, coaching, training, or professional services are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), are forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Prepaid Packages
Prepaid service packages are non-refundable. Unused sessions may expire if not used within the timeframe specified in your service agreement or invoice.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access to digital products or services. We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can address concerns promptly and fairly.
