What We Do

KLA services include strategic and executive advisory, organizational assessment, crisis navigation and response guidance, leadership development, training and workshops, and digital resources and frameworks.

All services are non-legal and non-clinical. KLA advisory does not replace legal counsel, medical care, mental health services, or clinical treatment. Services are designed to strengthen clarity, protection, and decision integrity — not to serve as a substitute for licensed professional services.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or service agreement.

Confidentiality

What you share with KLA stays confidential. Information disclosed during an engagement is used solely for the purpose of that engagement and is not shared without your written authorization.

Confidentiality has limits. KLA may be required to disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • When required by law, court order, or lawful subpoena
  • When disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm
  • When mandated reporting obligations apply
  • When shared with professional advisors who are themselves bound by confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect after an engagement ends.

Intellectual Property

All KLA content, frameworks, tools, and materials are protected intellectual property. Use of any KLA resource — digital or written — is governed by the Licensing Terms, which define what is and is not permitted based on your license type.

Materials may not be shared, resold, reproduced, or distributed outside the scope of the license you hold.

Fees and Payment

All fees, retainers, and pricing are disclosed before an engagement begins or at checkout. Payment terms are outlined in your agreement or invoice. Engagements may be paused or discontinued if payment is not received as agreed.

Refunds

All purchases and engagements are subject to the Refund Policy. Consulting and advisory services are non-refundable once services have commenced or time has been reserved. Digital products are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.

Our Right to Decline or End an Engagement

KLA reserves the right to decline or discontinue any engagement at any time. Reasons may include conflicts of interest, ethical concerns, requests outside KLA’s scope or role, or any circumstance that would compromise confidentiality, integrity, or effectiveness. If KLA determines it cannot take on or continue an engagement, you will be notified promptly.
